What time can I expect my delivery?
Normally, there are two delivery windows.
An “A.M.” window (8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.) and a “P.M.” window (5:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m.).

If you have a specific delivery time in mind, leave it in the order notes and we will try our best to accommodate it. However, the recipient is still responsible to be present for the entirety of the delivery window selected.
What days do you deliver?
We deliver Mondays through Fridays.
Do you offer same day delivery?
No, we do not offer same day delivery.
Does someone need to sign for the order?
No signature is required but someone must be present to accept the order.
All orders will be left outside the recipient’s door. There will be no physical interaction. Our delivery team will call and knock on your door to notify you that your delivery is outside.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver to Queens, Brooklyn, and Manhattan. (Metro Area)
What makes our milk better than milk sold at the supermarket?
We carry milk from Battenkill Creamery. Battenkill Creamery does not use RBGH (Growth Hormones) on their cows, and they only use milk from their family farm. They independently produce and bottle their own milk. Therefore, can guarantee the highest quality product.
Is there a cutoff time to change an existing order?
Orders cannot be placed for a delivery date and time within 24 hours. Similarly, all changes must be emailed to email@example.com over 24 hours from the delivery date and time. Order changes emailed to us within 24 hours are subject to an unpackaging / repackaging fee of $10. The fee amount is deducted from the refunded order amount of the original delivery.
What is your cancellation policy?
All existing order changes or cancellations must be emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org over 24 hours from the delivery date and time. Order changes within 24 hours are subject to an unpackaging / repackaging fee of $10. The fee amount is deducted from the refunded order amount of the original delivery.
How will my order stay cold and protected?
Delivery boxes are not insulated and are not meant to be left outside for any period of time. A person must be present to receive their delivery and is responsible for the immediate refrigeration of their temperature sensitive products.
What happens if no one is home to accept my delivery?
Our delivery team will call the phone number on file for the recipient and knock on the door. If no one is present we will not deliver. The corresponding fee for an attempted delivery is $10. The fee amount is deducted from the refunded order amount for the failed delivery.
